I had a decent stay overall at this hotel. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the JR station and close to Hokkaido University, which made it very convenient. The rooms were bigger than typical hotel rooms but had a few issues with temperature control. The staff was friendly, always willing to help, and the hotel offered good value for money despite some room quirks.
